A few things to know
Do I need to change the credit card on file?
No. You can keep your existing credit card and billing setup, and stack your usual credit-card points with SpendBack recoveries.
What counts as a recovery?
A recovery is a confirmed financial return resulting from billing verification. This can include vendor-issued refunds, account credits, or billing corrections validated against platform policies or contracts.
Does recovery change our campaigns?
Recovery reviews charges and pursues eligible refunds, credits, and corrections. If you separately enable Protection, SpendBack can apply exclusions to the campaigns you select. Protection can affect campaign delivery; it is optional.
What does onboarding involve?
You authorise access to the platform accounts you want audited. Available permissions vary by platform. SpendBack uses them for the services you enable; optional Protection requires permission to apply exclusions.
How long does recovery take?
Auditing begins after your accounts are connected. Refund and credit timelines depend on each platform’s review and processing. Recovery amounts vary by account and eligibility.
